Our 5 week Beginners Resistance Training Course will teach you all the basics of free-weight training in a welcoming and friendly environment. Suitable for anyone with little to no experience in the weight room or who are looking to gain confidence in the gym and improve their technique to get more out of their gym sessions. You will get a good workout but more importantly you will learn the techniques that will allow you to maximise the amount you get out of your future gym sessions.
