Join me in the Yoga Loft for this 4 week course to learn the traditional Ashtanga Yoga practice
Develop your flexibility, balance and strength over 90 minute classes. Grasp the fundamentals of the Ashtanga practice including asana, ujayii breath, bandhas, drishtii and vinyasa.
We will progressively work through the series introducing more postures and offer modifications according to how you feel and what you can do..
All equipment is provided including belts, mats and blocks but bring your own if you prefer!
