Beginner's/ Improver's Hatha Flow Yoga Course
This comprehensive six-week course is designed to introduce and progress participants in the basic principles and practices of yoga. It is suitable for students of all ages who are either beginners or have some experience of yoga and want to experience a moderately active yoga class.
During the course, participants will learn and develop their practice of a wide variety of yoga poses as well as yoga breath awareness, breathing practices, meditative techniques, and relaxation practices including yoga nidra.
