2 Day workshop “Bringing Mindfulness to Our Youth”

Time: 10am- 4pm Approx each day, Registration day 1 from 9.30am

We are delighted to have been asked to bring our programme to Country wide starting with waterford and we have a few places still available in all venues at present
Our programme consists of
2 Full Days, (Saturday and Sunday 10 - 4pm approx ) Tea / Coffee / Water and Fruit & Snacks provided (Lunch can be purchased nearby)
Objectives of our course is to provide you with
Your own personal understanding of mindfulness and emotional intelligence
Provide you with some psychological understandings of your mind and the how and why it does what it does.
Cover some neuroscience developments that are providing learning’s of how mindfulness can be of benefit to us all
Present videos covering different areas of our programme from neuroscience, others experience of using mindfulness to a demo of teaching lessons to children and more
You will have lots of different mindful experience's and mindful techniques which are applicable in everyday situations which you can use to overcome or deal with the various challenges that we face
We present our programme in a very relaxed way and there is no pressure put onto anyone, over the 2 days there will be lots of interaction and learning together for us all.
You will be provided with Mindful Techniques to use to develop your own mindful practice
You will receive a personal manual with the programme contents of the course
You will receive a Full 10 Lesson Plan manual to begin to teach lessons to Children & Teens
Completion Certificate “Train the Trainer Bringing Mindfulness to Our Youth Programme”
