This appointment will be dedicated to " The Dolomites Cuisine" (Region Trentino Alto Adige)
with a four-course tasting menu (one drink included) for 35 €.
Dinner will be served at 8 o'clock.
Please note that booking is essential.
"ANTIPASTO" - Starter:
Marinated Radicchio served with Parmisan Crisps & toasted Walnut
"PRIMO" - First Main
Traditional " Canederli", bread dumpling from Alto Adige, with speck cooked in Beef broth.
"SECONDO" - Second Main
Polenta with Venison Stew
"DOLCE" - Dessert
Traditional "Apple strudel", strudel pastry jacket filled with apple, cinnamon, raisins, and Nuts served with warm vanilla custard.
You can pick one between:
- Teroldego Endirizzi ( Red Wine)
- Muller Thurgau Endirizzi ( White wine)
- Organic Pear or Bluberry juice
