We will be moving through the primary series to help you understand the breakdown and dynamics of developing correctly aligned front stretches and deeper back bends. The dynamic movement mechanics of bending your spine are the key to limitless flows of energy and in this workshop you will begin to explore your natural potential for back bends and front stretches with safety and support.
Suitable for all levels with some prior experience of the Ashtanga Primary Series.
