These gorgeous evening candlelit restorative sessions are the ideal way to unwind after a busy week. A two hour class blending meditation, breathing, and relaxing restorative asanas. Aisling will use a combination of soothing music, candles and incense, props, intuitive sequences and hands-on assists to help calm the nervous system, leaving you feeling refreshed and completely relaxed.
