A Day of Mindfulness with Helena Downey - Rescheduled

Take time away from the many responsibilities and distractions of daily life, to spend a day together in mindfulness practice and contemplation. This day of mindfulness offers the opportunity to spend time in silence, reconnect with yourself, nourishing the innate capacity to be mindful. It is also a chance to deepen your understanding of mindfulness by considering some of the tradition, theory and science around mindfulness.
Practices will include sitting meditation, movement, mindfulness of thoughts and feelings and connecting with the senses. Weather permitting we will take some practice out of doors, in the beautiful grounds of Marino Institute.
