DIBA 2018 Christmas Dinner Details
We thought it would be nice to surprise you a bit this year. We are therefore delighted to be able to announce that our speaker this year is Yaniv SIEGEL. He is a wonderful, energetic young man and is the Chief Marketing Officer of a very interesting start-up called BitBook.
Yaniv will share his insights into blockchain. Should you run a mile when an investment in blockchain is considered? Is it ‘fad’ or is it the technology of the future? Yaniv will talk to us about his blockchain company which aims to fundamentally alter the travel industry.
We intend to make this a very interactive presentation and you’ll most certainly have an opportunity to ask Yaniv any questions you may have about their wonderful business initiative.
We count ourselves lucky that quite a few DIBA members have very senior positions in the hospitality industry in Ireland. We were spoilt for choice and very much appreciate that Jonas TREFFERS offered to host the event in the Schoolhouse Hotel.

The cost for this year’s DIBA Christmas Dinner is kept at a very reasonable €35 for Early Birds. The Early Bird price is available until Friday 23rd November latest. Subsequent registrations will be charged €42.50.
The price includes ‘bubbles’ upon arrival, a three course buffet style dinner, a few glasses of wine, a great speaker and a location close to the DART Grand Canal Dock Station. It’s an excellent location and especially easy to get to for all those working in the nearby high tech companies.
