Flexi Flow - Term 1 2019 **Drop In**

Flexi Flow 8.45pm - 9.45pm
This 1 hour class has been specifically designed to increase flexibility with a focus on functional movement. Through a combination of passive and active exercises you will be able to adapt the skills you learn in a static environment as well as build Flexi Flow sequences. Working individually and as part of a group you will leave class having a better understanding of your body and how to communicate more specifically with it.
No experience needed just bring your beautiful selves.
