Harden up - 12 MILE Rock N Roll Reccy Run

This is a serious run guys. Its about 12-13 miles, replicating the Rock N Roll course route. We will have a water station about 10 miles into the run in Chapelizod (Thanks Maeve)
If you plan on running the RnR Half, this is the perfect training opportunity. We will go at a very easy pace, and nobody will get left behind. If you come up short - there are a few spots you can return or shorten the run to return back to Dublin.
Course starts in Temple bar - along quays - to Chapelizod, UP Knockmaroon Hill, to Castleknock - Strawberry Beds (Narrow road), Returning via Chapelizod (aid Station) Killmainham to Temple Bar.
Mandatory: Bring your own food and drink! No wimps. No complaining about the heat.
