9:45am - "It’s Good to Talk" - Perfecting the Essential Skills of Research (Part 1) - The session will focus on the skills that lead to effective research in order to achieve your research potential.

11.30am - "It’s Good to Talk" - Perfecting the Essential Skills of Research (Part 2) - The session continues with this session focusing on essential skills such as networking and optimising your research relationships.
Work Life Balance - Dr Ashley O'Donoghue (DIT)
1.00pm - Lunch - After lunch the symposium continues with two parallel workshops focusing on different research approaches which will be open to all conference participants.

2:00pm - An Introduction to PLS-SEM (Using Smart-PLS) - Prof Rob J Blomme, Head of Faculty and a Full Professor of Organization Behavior at Nyenrode Business Universiteit, Netherlands.
