Networking & Optimising Research Relationships - Dr Frederic Mayo (Professor of Hospitality & Tourism Management (NYU)) Meet the Professor (1 to 1 Sessions) - Dr. Robert J Blomme, Dr. Denise O'Leary & Dr. Frederic Mayo 11.00am - Tea / Coffee 11.30am - "It’s Good to Talk" - Perfecting the Essential Skills of Research (Part 2) - The session continues with this session focusing on essential skills such as networking and optimising your research relationships. Work Life Balance - Dr Ashley O'Donoghue (DIT) Meet the Editors (1 to 1 sessions) - Dr. Marianna Sigala, Dr. Kevin Griffin& Dr. Perry Hobson, Dr. Mathilda Van Niekerk & Dr. Fevzi Okumus 1.00pm - Lunch - After lunch the symposium continues with two parallel workshops focusing on different research approaches which will be open to all conference participants. 2:00pm - A Case Study Approach to Research Prof Marianna Sigala, University of South Australia and Director of the Centre for Tourism & Leisure Management. 2:00pm - An Introduction to PLS-SEM (Using Smart-PLS) - Prof Rob J Blomme, Head of Faculty and a Full Professor of Organization Behavior at Nyenrode Business Universiteit, Netherlands. 3.30pm - Tea / Coffee 4:00pm - Do You Want to Publish your Research in a Top-Tier Journal?
