Slow Saturdays: Candlelit Yoga with Anto Kearney

Our monthly slow classes on Saturday - led by senior teacher Anto Kearney - begin on Saturday, February 9th, 6-8pm. These candlelit 2 hrs classes are an opportunity to really take our time on the mat to notice and embrace the most subtle effects of yoga practice both at the physical and spiritual level.
By moving at a slower pace and creating more silent spaces in between poses, we can begin to tap in the natural pace of our own breath and let our practice be guided by it. As we slow down we can connect at a deeper level with the physical sensations, our thoughts, and feelings and become more able to recognise and let go of unnecessary efforts.
