Yoga for Beginners is a gentle introduction to yoga course for complete beginners. The course consists of 6 x 1hr classes delivered over 7 weeks (no class on the first week of February). Topics covered will include: the basics of yogic breathing; meditation; foundational poses and basic sequences. An introduction to Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep) is also provided. This course will give beginners a safe and well-rounded foundation in yoga enabling them to make a well-informed decision about where they want to take their practice following the course.
This course is open to everyone and no prior yoga experience is required.
