Say goodbye to sore backs, shoulders & hips and learn basic yoga methods of core strength, stability & overall health. This workshop will provide you with insight on the common misuse of muscles & how just a simple adjustment in core engagement can deepen your entire practice. Injury during yoga or the most common daily movements can often come from a lack of awareness and ability to properly engage core muscle groups, in turn leaving the joints and spine unsupported and susceptible to unnecessary wear and tear. This workshop will provide you with simple tools & techniques, teaching you to evaluate your core health each time you step on your mat. This 2 hour workshop is €20. This workshop includes breathwork, physical practice, gentle back bends for strengthening and a long savasana or relaxation
