6-week course
This is an energetic class that builds strength, flexibility and fitness by linking the yoga postures with the breath in a creative flow.
Some Pilates exercises are mixed in to work on toning muscles and building stability.

All levels welcome. Suitable for beginners.
5-week course = 50 euros
(Pay for 5 weeks with 1-week carryover allowance if you miss a week)
Week 6 if you bought the 5 week pass and made it to all classes = 10 euros
