Yoga Sanctuary's 300hour Yoga Teacher Training is an in-depth, detailed and exciting course for teachers who have already completed their 200 hour yoga teacher training and so bringing you up to 500 hours.
Our team of highly experienced teachers have collaborated to ensure an inspirational training helping you to to deepen your knowledge and develop an extensive set of skills and insights to bring into your own daily life and your teaching.
Expect to transform your own personal practice and gain the confidence and clarity to develop and nurture your own authentic teaching style.
Course Details:
• EARTH Module (Erica Tracey & Lee Tracey): October 24th – 29th
Grounding & Foundations through Meditation/Pranayama/Asana
Reach new heights through deep connection & awareness in your practice and teaching. Deepening & Strengthening our Standing & Seated poses through Alignment & Refinement.
Communication in the seat of the Teacher, Refining Verbal Cues, Use of Language & Energy to hold space for your students.
Vayus, Koshas, Perusha & Prakritti
• WATER Module (Erica Tracey & Lee Tracey): November 21st – 26th
Creativity & Fluidity through Meditation/Pranayama/Asana. Taking Vinyasa Flow to another level.
Find your Authentic Voice, Theming & Sequencing Strategies.
Creating Effective Class Plans & Sequences, Finding your Flow with Vinyasa Refinement with Intelligence & Creativity.
Karma & Dharma, Nadis, Chakras, Gunas
• SUSTAINABILITY AS A TEACHER & STUDENT (Melissa Curtis) : January 2nd – 6th
Health & Wellbeing, looking after ourselves as teachers & students. How to deal with injuries and illnesses, Pregnancy & Post-partum in your classes. Self-Care for both women & men. How to maintain / evolve your own practice while sustaining health & wellbeing.
• FIRE Module (Erica Tracey & Lee Tracey): February 13th – 18th
Heart Energy to transform, purify and empower through Meditation/Pranayama/Asana. Backbending to Joy.
Physical Adjustments / Assists. Pose Improvement Strategies, Use of Props.
Lila, Mudra, Doshas, Ayurveda
• AIR - Prana LifeForce
Subtle Body Anatomy & Energy Medicine (Veronica Larsson): March 13th – 18th
Working with the inner world of energy. Understanding the basic laws of nature as embodied in our biology, teaches us to use this energy to create optimal health, balance and harmony, both in our yoga-practice and in our lives.
• SPACE Module (Erica Tracey & Lee Tracey): May 1st – 6th
Clarity & Intuition to awaken our Body, Mind & Soul through Meditation/Pranayama/Asana. Fearless in Arm Balances & Inversions. Intermediate / Advanced Sequencing Strategies. Vulnerability & Boundaries in our Teaching.
Dhrana, Dhyana, Samadhi, Jhana Yoga / Bhakti Yoga
Training runs Wednesday to Monday or Tuesday to Sunday with weekends included. Some of the Mondays are Bank Holidays to try to cater for those working / teaching etc.
Days & Times:
•Weekdays: 9:30-5:30pm
•Saturday: 11am-5pm
•Sunday: 12:30-6:30pm
•BH Monday: 12-6pm
Spaces are limited to keep the training to a high standard. Early booking is recommended.
Investment: Early Bird €2,900 to be paid in full by August 23rd.
€3,200 thereafter, to be paid one month before the course commences.
The course fee may be paid in installments with a payment plan arranged to suit.
