A gentle stretch for mum allowing her space to reconnect with her body while having fun with baby! This fun, yet gentle class, features poses and posture for both mums and babies all suitable for the postpartum period. A chance to spend stress free one to one time with baby while also getting out, meeting and connecting with your village (it takes a village you know!).
Suitable for babies from birth up to fast crawlers and mums from whenever they feel like getting out and about. (A 6 week wait after caesarean birth is recommended - if in doubt ask your health-care provider).
