During the weekend Yasia will also introduce voice work, an approach to supporting and developing your voice, providing you with some simple exercises that open and empower your voice, as tool to hold and direct your class, and also as a way to tap in to more of your Essence, more of who you are. The aim of the weekend is to give you some of the basic principles of Bhakti yoga and to experience the power of mantra and chant both for your own practice, and for sharing with your students should you wish to.
