This is a new group for adult fans of colouring. A space to share your colouring work and your stories about mindful colouring while connecting with other like-minded people in a non-judgemental, positive environment. We meet at Tullamore Library on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. All welcome!
There is no need to book in advance just call in on the day with your favourite colouring pens and books.

When colouring your brain experiences relief by entering a meditative state. Stress and anxiety levels have the potential to be lowered. Negative thoughts are expelled as you take in positivity. Focusing on the present helps you achieve mindfulness.
