Mid-Week Morning Yoga w/ Dermot Ryan
Class will begin with short Pranayama (Breathing Exercises)
We will then practice the classic Sivananda/Hatha class with Sun Salutations warm up followed by the 12 classic Asanas (Poses) and finish with a short Shavasana (Relaxation).
Class will begin at 9 am and and will be 1.5 hours duration.
