February and March sessions will allow you to open up to your senses and the present moment. Each session will start with a gentle check in and practice of breathwork, and continue with the practice of guided mindfulness meditation to create softness and space within for the season of Spring.
The first session will start by setting intentions and checking in with ourselves and understanding how we want to participate in this practice. In the following weeks we will continue with the practice of receptive listening and mindfulness of the breathing body, while exploring the landscape of our inner beings, that is, our minds and bodies.
Through meditation and breathwork practices you will work with your breath and your mind in a way that will allow you to become more grounded and aware of here and now, it will help you not to get lost in your own head and train of thoughts. Relax and ease into this moment. This is all there is.
Each meditation session is guided and is suitable for anyone and everyone.

Please bring a blanket, cushion or a yoga mat to sit on, dress comfortably, so you would be able to sit on the ground for 25 min. Please arrive 5 min prior to the start time to settle in and make yourself comfortable.
Mindfulness meditation 8-week course is suited for everyone and previous meditation experience is not necessary.
There are two payment options available:
pay in full before January 31: 30 eur
pay in full before February 5: 40 eur

Baiba of Yoga-B, a Galway-based yoga and meditation instructor with a focus on merging breathwork and meditation with āsana to create a relaxing and restoring environment on your mat.
Baiba finished her Yoga Alliance certified 200 h yoga teacher training in Dharamkot, India, 2016. Since then she has finished a Trauma Sensitive Yoga training, a 10-day Vipassana Meditation residential course, and attended numerous workshops with such teachers as David Keil, Eddie Stern, Luke Jordan and Sonja Radvil to name but a few.
