This returning Pilates and Yoga course offers you an uplifing and energising start to the day!
You will be taught safe and established Pilates techniques ( Mat Level 1 & 2) which are suitable for complete beginners and will reconnect you to your inner strength.
You will also experience the benefit of fusing Pilates movements with flowing yoga poses and stretches which will encourage greater movement and mobility through the spine and limbs.
Come along to our first class and meet experienced teacher Roisin Kenny who will be running the course. You can ask her any questions that you may have and ensure that the course is right for you.
