My Stress Management Evenings are perfect for you if you:

Join us for the engaging, supportive and compelling Stress Management Evenings at the Orchard Wellness Center every last Thursday of every month.
These evenings are all about finding ways to feel happier, more confident and motivated to achieve the things that are most important to you. And most importantly, these evenings will bring like-minded people together.
The evenings will be held every last Thursday of every month from 6:00 PM sharp until 7.30 PM at the Orchard Wellness Center, 1 St. Anthony’s Terrace, Harmony Row, Ennis.
Pre-registration is required as places are limited for these very sought-after evenings.
