Stress Relief Evening

This evening is deigned to help you relax using a combination of gentle exercises, breathing and meditation. The aim is to reduce stress, boost energy and create calmness in friendly and relaxed surroundings.
No experience necessary!
There will also be 15 minute Pranic Healing sessions available afterwards to treat stress, anxiety and physical issues.
€7 per session or €10 for both sessions.
