Limerick Printmakers is delighted to take bookings for a range of age specific Summer Camps running on a weekly basis throughout July and for the first two weeks of August. Last summer over 70 children participated in our camps!
Summer Camps have been part of Limerick Printmakers educational programming for over 15 years. This hugely popular programme has supported children in developing a variety of skills including printmaking, painting, craft and 3D work in a diverse range of media all while making new friends in a supportive environment.
Camp 1: 9th - 13th July
4 - 7 yrs / 10am – 1pm
Fee: €85
Led by experienced LP teacher Fiona Sherlock, participants with play a fun dice game to make art monsters, paint doodles and mandala squares, mould animal pinch pots and collage a Totem creature. Fiona will draw on inspiration from Miro, Picasso, Kandinsky and Seurat with these activities encouraging children to express themselves, learn about art and use a variety of interesting and exciting materials to create their own art works.
