Sound yoga is a combination of mindful yoga in the Hatha tradition with the use of tibetan singing bowls, sound massage, sound relaxation, and sound meditation.
It’s a gentle but powerful way to help reduce physical, emotional and mental stress and tension and to connect back to your own natural rhythm.

Using singing bowls during the asana practice we can experience the amazing effect of combining the sound and vibration of the bowls in our yoga pose: it travels deep into our muscles, fascia as well as organs and massages them while we are holding the pose.
It travels along our energy channels (meridian lines or nadis) and lets them vibrate, our heartbeat tunes to the sound & calms down and we deeply relax into a pose.
We become more present and we can let go into the sound, into the pose and into our breath.
We become so connected to our inner orchestra playing in harmony with the help of the sound that we feel deep joy.
