Training should have a purpose. Just making yourself tired and sore will achieve just that effect. By learning the correct Technique, acquiring the Skill to move your body and the Strength to train against resistance you can train Smarter and Harder than before, achieve better results than you ever have and enjoy the process of strength training while having the confidence to know how to effectively and safely train ! Train for and learn the fundamental Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull movements as well as demonstrating a good level of Strength and Aerobic conditioning.
This won't be an easy day !
