Thursday 8pm hatha yoga
This is my only 90min class.
In this class I offer a 60-70min yoga practice and a 20-30 min mix of meditation /relaxation.
It is suitable for all levels and is a mixture of hatha and flow with focus on strength, openness, stillness, awareness and breath.
Hatha Yoga is the yoga of physical yoga postures (asana).
The word “hatha” can be translated as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance.
Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit.
Male and female welcome ,Friendly non competitive environment.
You will need a yoga mat,small blanket and a cushion.
