Striving toward symmetry and balance is the essence of a yoga program, much like playing good golf!
This yoga course is designed to help with the physical and mental aspects of your golf game.
Drawing from my own experience of playing golf, I have created a Yoga for Golf program which I hope you will enjoy.
5 week course at Felda Gym, Dundalk
Fridays 9.30am-10.30am
No class on Friday 19th April (Good Friday)
