Yoga Tone & Flow
This class builds strength, flexibility and fitness by linking the yoga postures with the breath in a creative flow.
Some Pilates exercises are mixed in to work on toning muscles and building stability.
- Build core strength
- Improve muscle tone
- Stretch out muscular tightness and fatigue
- Increase strength
- Improve flexibility and joint mobility
All levels welcome. Suitable for beginners.
Drop-in = 12 euros
5-week course = 50 euros
(Pay for 5 weeks with 1-week carryover allowance if you miss a week)
Week 6 if you bought the 5 week pass and made it to all classes = 10 euros
